Jump rings galore

My jewelry today (necklace and bracelet) is self-made.

Made of double links of jump rings, which is a very tedious task.  VERY TEDIOUS.  I made my necklace, Jen admired it, so I made her one for this past Christmas, and I just made the bracelet.  Jen will only get a bracelet if she begs and is super nice.  Or has my niece ask.  I'm a total pushover for my Ellie-belle.  This bracelet is made of three chains of 4mm jump rings, or about 300 of them all linked together! I had to go back to the store to get two more packages to finish it.

In other news; I was eating lunch with my mom, looked out the window, and saw a man riding a horse on the road.  No, it wasn't the man from the Old Spice commercial.  I don't think so, at least, he was pretty far away.  We were in town (the college town where I work), so it wasn't like we were out in the boonies where I actually live.  There, it would be strange, but not totally bizarre like it was today.

Anyway, here's my outfit.  Picture One:

Simple, huh?  It was fairly warm outside today.  The jeans are my Old Navy ones, and the t-shirt is Converse One Star. And turn to the left:

  1. I love that shirt! I don't think I've seen it before... when did you get it and where have you been hiding it? It matches the jeans great!

Pretty, pretty please can I have a bracelet? I'm pretty sure Ellie wants me to have one!
